Abstract submission guidelines

Abstracts will be only accepted in English. Abstract submission is only possible via the online form below using the provided template. All abstracts submitted via e-mail or other means of communication will not be accepted. Upon completion of the submission process you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

• Abstract submission deadline is June 7th at 23:59 (CET), 2022.
• Acceptance letters will be sent by the July 11th, 2022.
• Late abstract submission is open up to July 22nd, 2022.

The following general rules for abstract submission do apply:

• A maximum of 3 abstracts can be submitted by each participant.
• All accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website and in the conference abstract book.
• Papers can be submitted for either podium or poster presentation.
• The abstracts will be divided into several topics. Please indicate which topic your abstract should be considered for.
• The presenting author has to be one of the abstract authors and has to be registered to the conference. If the entire registration fee is not paid by the registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn and will not be presented or published.
• If you need to modify or withdraw your abstract, please send an email to info@biofabrication2022.org by the abstract submission deadline.
